Barefoot Path Heightened Awareness
What does it feel like? The Barefoot Path is a way of heightening our awareness of different materials such as sandstone, mulch, grit, sand, turf, wooden paving, bark, pine cones and pebbles. It’s an enjoyable experience for adults and children alike. So, off with your shoes and step into the fun – and don’t worry, you can wash your feet at the end. The Barefoot Path is about 745m long. You’ll also find a motor skill exercise park here. Admission is free but large groups are requested to book in advance. Refreshments are available from the restaurant at the adjacent Kengert campsite after your visit. There are also playgrounds here.
